I want to make people on my network wifi have to register in my web server before they can surf the internet, and i can banned the computer that surf the inappropriate website.

What software should i have to do that.

You need some form of web proxy, where everyone has to go through your proxy. In that, you set up login accounts. Most of this is easy to do with Linux based systems, or put in a Linux based firewall with web proxy support (on a separate box).
With a good Linux router/firewall, you can log a lot of information, and do blocking on protocol, time of day, by user id, control bandwidth, banned sites, etc.
The advantage of using all this in a separate firewall is that users cannot change anything on their PCs to bypass it. Nor can they change anything in the server since it will not be in control of the network…
There are a lot of free versions (community versions) from the following list. Many of these "vendors" have commercial versions as well, along with technical support. Depending on your company, and how well your boss wants to protect his a$$ (both morally and legally), you may want to investigate a full featured firewall with web proxy:

I took some surfing lessons in Nicaragua and i want to continue, i live on the east side of Florida and i was wondering what beaches were good for Novice surfing with my Funboard i recently got.

well that really depends on how well u surf
if your really good i would say port orange or sebastian inlet

but if your just beginning I’d say daytona flagler and most other beaches with smaller less powerfull waves that way u get a feel for it before u go into the big stuff and get hurt

I got Darwine installed and got steam to work through it. However, when I went to the audio surf page in steam, hit "official demo", then went to hit the install button but when I did that nothing happened. Anyone have any idea what to do to get it to work?

Always google other forums with your problem because 99% of the time you are not the only one with that problem

I have the first 12 days off work in November and have always wanted to learn to surf. Is November too cold in Scotland? I have looked for surf schools in Scotland, but most just seem to run the school holidays or weekends only. I’d need at least a week to learn to stand up I think!

i bet its cold! you are brave!..usually all you need from a surf school is just the basics..how to paddle out, when to start paddling to catch a wave, etc..once you get that done the standing up part is just about balance..it may take you a little while to get it, but thats something that you can practice on your own.i would advise going to a school for the weekend, if they offer it in nov. and learning the basics, then practicing the balance portion on your own..

I wear a wetsuit when I go surfing, and I surf pretty much every day. However, since the past couple of days, my armpits have been chafing from paddling. I think that it’s the wetsuit rubbing against the skin of my armpit. It’s gotten to the point where it’s very painful to apply deodorant or paddle. I’ve tried wearing a rash guard beneath my wetsuit, but that didn’t help.

you can probably stick on some fabric to the inside of the wetsuit which should cover the part which is irritating, which is probably a seam, which should at least lessen the irritation.
if its still uncomfortable then try a thicker rash vest, make sure that the wetsuit/rash vest are not bunching up at the joint as that can irritate.
